Meet The Staff

Barb – Office Manager: Barb has been in the dental field for over 18 years, where she holds 6 of those years as an office manager. She started her dental experience in a pediatric dental office in 2004, spent several years in general dentistry and then transitioned into oral surgery in 2020.

Barb has a degree in business with a focus on HR and holds certifications in BLS/CPR.

When Barb is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family on Squam Lake, fishing, traveling and snowmobiling.


Keri – Public Relations & Implant Treatment Coordinator: Keri has been involved in oral surgery for over 7 years, initially as a surgical assistant/implant coordinator and then transitioned to public relations coordinator in 2022. She attended school at NHTI and graduated from her dental assisting program in 2011. Keri holds certifications in BLS/CPR, Radiology and ACLS.

Keri’s favorite part about implant coordinating is getting to build relationships with her patients and help educate them about the dental implant process. She appreciates working closely with the referring doctors on all treatment plans.

In her free time, she enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her husband, 3 children and their pug.


Shauna – Surgical Assistant: Shauna has been in the dental field since 2014 and is a dedicated and talented surgical assistant. She jointed our practice in 2016, and has been a great team player. She enjoys educating and interacting with her patients and will better help you understand your overall dental treatment.

Shauna holds certifications in BLS/CPR, Radiology and ACLS.

In her free time she enjoys being with her family, kayaking, and going to the ocean.


Liz – Surgical Assistant: Liz offers excellence, gentle care and patient comfort within our office. She graduated from Seacoast Career School in 2013 from the dental assisting program and has been involved in oral surgery ever since. Her passion is helping and educating her patients with all of their dental needs. She is phlebotomy certified and will make you feel at ease during your sedation process. She also holds certifications in BLS/CPR, Radiology, ACLS and DAANCE.

When Liz is not at work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, family and their dog Axle.


Kaitlyn – Surgical Assistant: Kaitlyn recently joined our practice in 2022 and has been a team player with a positive attitude. She brings a warm and inviting smile to her patients.

In her free time she loves to bake, hike and spend time with her dogs.


Amanda – Insurance Coordinator: Amanda joined the LROS team in 2021. She enjoys contributing as a team player and is committed to professional excellence in patient care. Amanda will help you better understand insurance coverage and the overall patient care process in our office. If you need insurance assistance or have any account questions, Amanda will be pleased to help you!

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, going to the beach and cooking and trying new meals.


Emily – Patient Care Coordinator – Emily has been part of our team since 2022. She enjoys greeting new and existing patients as they walk into the office. She provides a caring, friendly and professional attitude. Emily is always available to serve your dental and patient customer care needs.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her animals.
